I have a Canon Canoscan 4200F Flatbed Scanner, and it is giving me an 2,178,0 error, how do I fix it? - canon canoscan book flatbed scanner
It is said that the original can not be determined, the protective film can be initiated, or are heated fire. The lamp has not warmed up, I've tried, and the original is very good. Perhaps the Protector? Does anyone know?

the only way out is to move the scanner ... all the original glass .... closes ... Sitting on a hard surface of the soil and then a chair ... is on it then jump on the scanner ....
Now close it again and off you go ... no more error messages
