Everything that I believe is that video surveillance may have the impression that all give what we can see exactly what happens when in fact it is generally difficult to see exactly what happens in these videos because they are a bit poor and have established concentration ranges.
In addition, police officers may feel unworthy of confidence, because in reality, the cameras are there in the police everything they see, see the criminals.
